Corporate Event Sound
Mr Soundman recognizes not all our clients are professional promoters, corporate event planners or musicians. We offer packages for smaller events as well.
We will work with the Event planners, to make sure that each event’s needs and expectations are met. Once we have established the Event Criteria are met event files and logs will be initiated and controlled.
Prior to the event, constant communication between the event planner and staff, and if applicable the location management to ensure an efficient production. We will determine the appropriate sound system and lighting options that will best fulfill your needs. When required, we will review, negotiate and fulfill ancillary equipment requirements to ensure that the right equipment is at each event.
The day of the event we will arrive in plenty of time, with the appropriate staffing to set up and make sure everything is working properly, prior to patrons arriving. All Mr Soundman personnel will be wearing recognizable attire so questions regarding the production can easily be addressed quickly. There will always be at least one member of Mr Soundman Management at each event.
Experienced Audio Engineers will always be present and will operate the Sound system.
Once the event begins we will help manage the event, continually the equipment to ensure a smooth production. We will have back up equipment, such as cables and microphones available to swap out if any malfunctions occur during the event.
At the conclusion of your event we will have appropriate staff on site, ready to strike and load out efficiently.
Mr Soundman will partner with you to provide a complete sound and lighting service for your event, from initiation to completion making each event pleasurable and a noteworthy experience for everyone; our client, the facility and performers.
